1. Cookies & Local Storage We Use

This website (universalnetworkdevelopment.com) is operated by Universal Network Development LLC, doing business as “U.N.D Industries”, a Florida limited liability company. We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only a small number of strictly necessary technologies:

• Authentication session — when you sign in, our authentication provider (Supabase) stores a secure session token in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in. This is essential to account functionality.
• Bot protection — our sign-in, sign-up, and password-reset forms use Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA), which may set a cookie or read browser signals to distinguish humans from bots. This is provided by Cloudflare under its own privacy terms.
• Rate-limit flags — limited local storage remembers things like rate-limit cooldowns to protect our forms from abuse. No tracking identifier or advertising profile is built from this.

We do not sell or share this data, and none of it is used for advertising or behavioral profiling.

2. No Tracking or Advertising

There are no analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking pixels on this site that profile your visit. Beyond the strictly necessary authentication and bot-protection technologies described above, your browsing behavior is not recorded, analyzed, or sold.

3. localStorage & Session Token

The only data stored on your device by this site is placed in your browser's localStorage — not in cookies. If you are signed in, the Supabase client library stores a session token locally to maintain your login state. This token:

• Contains a signed JWT issued by Supabase — it does not contain your password.
• Is used solely to authenticate subsequent requests to Supabase on your behalf.
• Can be cleared at any time by signing out, or by clearing site data in your browser settings (Settings → Privacy → Site Data or similar).

4. Third-Party Services & Embeds

Some functionality relies on third parties that may set their own cookies or receive browser requests: Stripe (used at checkout for payment processing and fraud prevention), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, and Turnstile), and Google Fonts (web font delivery). This site also embeds content from Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and BandLab, which may set their own cookies when you interact with their players. U.N.D Industries has no control over those cookies. You can review their practices through each provider's own privacy and cookie policies.

5. Changes

If cookies are ever introduced in a future version of this site, this Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly and a consent mechanism will be added where required by law. The most current version will always be available at this page (/cookie.html).
