How do I reset my password?
On the Login page, click "Forgot password?", enter your email, and follow the secure link we send you.
I bought a product — where is my download / key?
Digital products and license keys are delivered electronically right after checkout — granted to your account and/or sent to your email. If you can't find yours, contact us with your order details and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Digital products and license keys are non-refundable once delivered or once access is granted, except where a refund is required by law. Full details are in our Refund / Returns Policy. If something is wrong with your order, contact us first and we'll do our best to help.
How long does support take to respond?
We aim to reply to all support messages within 1–2 business days. Use the contact form for the fastest response.
Do you take on animation or 3D logo projects?
Yes. U.N.D Industries' studio handles logo intros, product reveals, brand sequences, and 3D logo work. Send your brief through contact for a quote.
